- Verifying one individual: follow the Las Vegas resident lookup route
- The offices behind the records: see Las Vegas resident records offices
- Records absent from a portal: request existing identifiable records under the Nevada Public Records Act, NRS Chapter 239, from the custodian named on the relevant page
City public-records routing: Las Vegas City Clerk, 495 S. Main St., Las Vegas, NV 89101, 702-229-6311. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. It routes public-record requests and City Clerk services; it is not a general resident-search office.
